Long Server Project: 02001-current. (Sponsored by Mitchell Kapor and David Liddle) A long term set of mirrored and updated digital information servers to house long term data sets. We will use this as the back end for data sets coming from the Rosetta Project, All Species Project, Long Bets Foundation, and Long Mail.

Rosetta Disk Project: 01999-current. (Sponsored by The Lazy Eight Foundation) A long-term linguistic archive and translation engine, designed to allow for the "recovery" of lost languages in the deep future. The storage medium is a 2" Nickel disk engraved with anolog text and imagery at nano-scale.

"10,000 Year Library" conference: (Sponsored by The Lazy Eight Foundation) Held in June of 02000 at Stanford Libraries. This main point of this conference was to begin reframing all libraries as part of civilization's aggregate 10,000-year library. (publication coming soon)
