Hi Stewart

Many thanks for the comments and feedback.

We're conscious of the gap and the need to encourage more research in
this area - its a recommendation of this report and also of The Data
Recovery report in the same series.

The best practice section is very generic as you say and really needs
to be used with the Bibliography,Resources and References and Case
Studies which provide pointers to more detailed guidance and
application specific practice. We are very conscious of the need for
the report to cater for a wide range of awareness and experience and
to balance general approaches and detail throughout - we will look to
add to the introduction to the best practice section though to make
this explicit -

Thanks again for the feedback. I'm conscious it's a long document so
please feel free to add comments over the next two months as
necessary!
