I'm impressed that the paper stresses that data must be written and managed
from its first moments with preservation in mind, and that mulitiple
stakeholders, angendas, and times of involvement are the norm for any data
preservation situation.
I thought the "best practices" section too generic to be much use, and the
lack of reporting on emulation and preservation materials is a gap.
